What this policy follows
This policy follows information through Cyberpunk Creation Limited applications, websites and related services that link to it. The products include storage-cleaning, home-security and document-editing utilities. A feature description applies only when that feature is present and the user chooses to use it.
Selection on the device
Photos, videos and documents selected for review, compression, cleaning or editing remain on the device when the operation can be completed locally. Local network results, camera previews and relevant sensor readings are also processed locally unless a feature clearly explains a required transfer.
Camera or sensor input used by a home-security utility is not used to identify a person through face templates or other biometric identity processing.
A transfer initiated by the user
If a user deliberately starts a photo or video operation that requires remote processing, the selected media and the generated result may be transmitted over a protected connection solely to complete that operation.
Permissions and connection details
Camera, Photos, Files, Local Network or Location access is requested only for the relevant function. Location is handled only after permission and when needed by a feature. An IP address may be processed when a product reaches an online service. Permissions can be refused or revoked in device settings, although the related function may then be unavailable.
Records that may reach us
- support messages and attachments the user chooses to send;
- limited app-store transaction or entitlement status for a trial, subscription or purchase;
- technical request, IP, security or error information needed to deliver and protect an online operation; and
- selected media only when the user invokes a feature requiring remote media processing.
Complete payment-card information remains with the marketplace.
Use and limited disclosure
Information is used to perform requested operations, return results, provide support, maintain reliability and security, verify applicable purchase access and comply with legal obligations. It may be disclosed to a provider supporting the requested operation, a marketplace, a destination selected by the user, or a legal or safety recipient where required. We do not sell user media or documents for monetary payment.
Control and deletion
Users may delete local content, manage permissions, clear product data, avoid an optional remote feature or uninstall a product. Depending on applicable law, eligible rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Security, international processing and age
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards; no system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside the user’s country or region under appropriate safeguards where required, without this policy designating a particular server country.
Covered products are intended for users aged 17 and above. Any higher local age or consent requirement remains applicable.
Revision and contact
We may update this policy when products, processing or legal requirements change. Materially different processing receives any additional notice or consent required by law.
