Delete photos, videos, cleanup results, documents, edits, camera results and local network observations through the relevant product or device controls. Revoke permissions, clear product data or uninstall where appropriate, and review device and cloud backups separately.

Cyberpunk Creation cannot remotely erase content that remained only on your device.

If you deliberately used a feature requiring remote photo or video processing, uploaded media and the corresponding generated result are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.

This rule replaces the former generic 30-day and 90-day statements. It does not impose a two-week period on local files, marketplace records or support correspondence.

You may ask us to delete eligible support correspondence, security records or other information reasonably linked to your interaction. We may request limited details such as the relevant product, approximate date or transaction reference so that the correct record can be located.

Apple or another marketplace controls primary subscription, transaction and refund records. A file exported to another application, storage service or recipient must be deleted at that destination. Independent providers may require a separate request.

Information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction evidence, legal compliance or the establishment and defence of claims. Information already anonymised or outside our control cannot be deleted by Cyberpunk Creation.
