Entry into the agreement
These Terms govern Cyberpunk Creation Limited products that display or link to them. By downloading, purchasing, accessing or using a covered product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Products are intended for users aged 17 and above, subject to any higher local capacity or authorisation requirement.
The licence
We grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use a product on a device you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Products are licensed, not sold, and all ungranted rights are reserved.
Before acting on a result
Review photos, videos, duplicate suggestions, compression results, documents, exports, network observations and device selections before deleting, overwriting, sharing or relying on them. Maintain suitable backups. Utility results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of device limits, permissions, network conditions or third-party dependencies.
Your content and lawful use
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content selected for cleaning, editing or processing. You are responsible for permissions and destinations. Do not infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, introduce harmful code, access systems without authority, defeat security or purchase controls, resell a product, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits.
Local files and remote media
Local files remain subject to your device and backup choices. If you deliberately invoke a feature requiring remote photo or video processing, the selected media and generated result may be transferred solely for that operation and are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity. Information handling is described further in the Privacy Policy.
Purchase conditions
If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, the price, period and included features are displayed before confirmation. Manage or cancel through the marketplace account used for purchase. Uninstalling does not cancel an active subscription. Restoration and refunds are controlled by marketplace rules and mandatory consumer law.
Third parties and ownership
Marketplaces, providers supporting a requested operation and user-selected destinations operate under their own terms. Compatibility does not imply sponsorship or control. Product software, design, branding and supplied materials belong to Cyberpunk Creation Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Change, suspension and continuity
We may update, modify or discontinue products for security, compatibility, marketplace, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using a product at any time. We may restrict access for material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud or security risk. Provisions that should survive termination continue.
Warranty and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation, complete detection, perfect output or indefinite compatibility. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberpunk Creation Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost content, profit or opportunity. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. Where permitted, users are responsible for third-party claims caused by unlawful use or infringement.
Disputes, general terms and revisions
The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution after a reasonable description of a dispute. An unresolved matter may be brought before a competent court or authority under applicable law without removing mandatory local rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues; non-enforcement is not a waiver.
Updated Terms may be published through a product or this website. Additional notice or consent will be provided where legally required before a material change applies.
