- Delivering personalized advertisements;
- Measuring whether advertisements were viewed or selected;
- Attributing installations or purchases to an advertising campaign;
- Limiting repeated advertisements;
- Detecting advertising fraud; and
- Evaluating advertising performance.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, certain advertising disclosures may be considered a “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws.
You may withdraw tracking permission through:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Home Security - Camera Guard
Withdrawing permission applies to future tracking and does not automatically delete information lawfully processed before permission was withdrawn.
Other Disclosures
We may disclose limited information:
Legal and Safety Requirements
When reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request;
- Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the public, Cyberpunk Creation, or the Application;
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, disclosure, or misuse.
These safeguards may include data minimization, access restrictions, secure transmission methods, system monitoring, and limits on personnel access.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age established by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age without the authorization required by law. If we learn that such information has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
