These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Home Security - Camera Guard (the “Application”), provided by Cyberpunk Creation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Application.
Purpose of the Application
The Application is a utility designed to help users review their surrounding network or device environment using available network information, wireless signals, device information, or supported device sensors, depending on the features available in the Application and on the user’s device.
The Application is intended to provide general informational assistance only. It is not a professional security, surveillance, law-enforcement, or inspection service.
Detection and analysis results may be affected by factors including:
- Device and operating system limitations;
- Network configuration and access restrictions;
- Signal strength and environmental interference;
- Device permissions;
- Hardware compatibility;
- The visibility or availability of nearby devices; and
- The technical characteristics of the device being reviewed.
The Application cannot guarantee that it will identify every camera, device, network, security risk, or other item in the user’s environment. A result indicating that no device was detected does not guarantee that the environment is free from cameras, recording equipment, or security risks.
Users should independently verify important results and seek assistance from a qualified professional where necessary.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Application.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your country or region, you may use the Application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Application is not specifically directed to children.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the Application on a device that you own or control, solely for lawful and personal purposes.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Application to you.
Your use of the Application may also be subject to the applicable terms of the platform through which you downloaded it, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for using the Application lawfully and appropriately.
You may use network, Bluetooth, device, or environmental review features only in relation to:
- A network that you own or control;
- A network that you are authorized to access;
- A device that you own or are authorized to inspect; or
- A physical environment in which you are legally permitted to perform such a review.
You must not use the Application to:
- Access, scan, monitor, or interfere with a network or device without authorization;
- Violate another person’s privacy or other legal rights;
- Conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring;
- Obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, communications, or data;
- Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;
- Distribute malware, harmful code, or disruptive content;
- Misrepresent the Application’s results as professional or official security findings;
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application except where expressly permitted by law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law; or
- Use our names, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Application if it is used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in material violation of these Terms.
Device Permissions and Privacy
Certain features may require access to device capabilities such as the local network, Bluetooth, camera, photos, wireless information, or supported sensors.
The Application will request permission through the operating system where required. You may decline or withdraw a permission through your device settings, but some features may not function properly without the relevant permission.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your use of the Application. It explains what information is processed, whether processing occurs on the device, how information is used, and what choices are available to you.
Internet and Network Requirements
Some features may require access to Wi-Fi, a local network, Bluetooth, or a mobile data connection.
The availability and performance of these features may depend on your device, network provider, internet connection, local network configuration, and operating system settings. We are not responsible for interruptions or reduced functionality caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your mobile network provider may charge you for mobile data, roaming, or other network services. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your network provider or another service provider.
If you are not the account holder or bill payer for the device or network you use, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission before using services that may incur charges.
Free and Premium Features
The Application may provide both free features and premium features.
Premium features may be made available through an auto-renewable subscription, a non-consumable in-app purchase, or another purchase option displayed in the Application.
The specific features included in each offer will be shown before you confirm the purchase. We may update the available features or purchase options from time to time, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
- The subscription name, duration, price, and included features will be displayed before purchase;
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed;
- The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period;
- Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by Apple before the current subscription expires;
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings;
- Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription; and
- You may use the “Restore Purchases” function, where available, to restore eligible purchases associated with the same Apple ID.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its duration and the price charged after the offer ends will be displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial or offer expires, it may convert into a paid subscription under the terms shown on the purchase screen.
Prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes. The localized price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase is the applicable purchase price.
Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund policies. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Intellectual Property
The Application and its contents, including its software, design, text, graphics, icons, interfaces, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Cyberpunk Creation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights in the Application or its intellectual property are transferred to you.
Feedback or suggestions that you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Application. Providing feedback does not grant us ownership of your personal information or content stored on your device.
Application Availability and Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, address technical issues, maintain compatibility, or comply with legal and platform requirements.
Some updates may be necessary for the Application to continue functioning properly. If you do not install a required update, certain features may become unavailable or stop working.
We do not guarantee that the Application will remain compatible with every device, operating system version, network configuration, or third-party hardware.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application where reasonably necessary. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes that adversely affect paid services.
Discontinuation of the Application does not remove any refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accuracy and Disclaimer of Warranties
We use reasonable efforts to provide a functional and useful Application. However, network and device detection involves technical and environmental limitations that may be outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
- The Application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available;
- Every device, camera, signal, or security concern will be detected;
- Detection results will always be complete, current, or accurate;
- The Application will be compatible with every device or network; or
- Use of the Application will prevent security incidents, surveillance, loss, or harm.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberpunk Creation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:
- Reliance on detection or analysis results;
- Failure to detect a camera, device, signal, or security issue;
- Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Application;
- Network interruption or device incompatibility;
- Loss of access resulting from device, operating system, or network conditions; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on information displayed by the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Application if you materially violate these Terms, use the Application unlawfully, or create a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable payment obligations, will remain in effect.
Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Application, legal requirements, platform rules, or our business practices.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, or where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice through the Application or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country or region.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or using dispute-resolution procedures that cannot lawfully be waived.
